ORDERS
How do i know what size to order?
Our sizing runs from XS to L at this stage (We plan to expand to a wider range of sizing in the near future). We have a handy Size Guide as well as any fit notes listed in the product details for your chosen styles. Every model is wearing their regular size. Need more help? Email the Hatchett girls at hello@hatchettactive.com and we all get back to you 


When will you be restocking sold out items?
All Hatchett Active are made in limited numbers and are usually not restocked. We want to ensure each piece you buy is special and available in limited qualities. We would recommend signing up to our newsletter so you are the first to know about new arrivals and special offers.

For any styles you are currently loving we highly recommend ordering as soon as possible to ensure you don’t miss out

I want to change or cancel my order, is that possible?
 If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. We cannot make changes to any orders once they have been placed. Please check that the item(s) in your cart are correct before ordering.

How can I contact you?
Email: Contact us at hello@hatchettactive.com. We check these regularly and will respond to your query as quickly as we can. If your enquiry is urgent, please pop URGENT in the title so we can prioritise your email.


SHIPPING
What is your return policy?
Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order


Does Hatchett Active cover the cost of import taxes?
We do not cover the cost of import taxes or duties, these are payable by the customer. These costs are levied by your local customs authority and we don’t have any control over them.

Can I change my shipping address?
Please email hello@hatchettactive.com right away. If your order hasn’t been shipped there is a chance that we can change it but it’s not a guarantee. If it has been shipped you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to change your address and redirect your package.


Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest or you can create an account. The benefits of creating an account are that when you sign in next time your shipping and billing addresses will be automatically inputted saving you time. You will also be able to keep track of past and current orders.
