We don't claim to be perfect but we will always strive to bring you the most sustainable approach at Hatchett Active. We continue to do our best to learn and grow as a brand towards a more sustainable approach in our upcoming collections to come. We purposely make small runs to achieve beautiful crafted pieces that will not comprise on quality. This also means not adding dead-stock fabric and unsold inventory that add to a fast fashion model. We will continue to work with communities and partners that adhere to our values through simple and practical practices. As we continue to grow, we will always continue to give back.
THE PACKAGING
We are so proud that every element of our online orders is made from natural, recycled, or compostable materials. This includes our cotton drawstring bags, our thank you cards, satchel mailer & accompanying address sticker are also made from recycled/compostable materials.
THE FABRIC
We carefully consider the fabrics and material we use.
Our leggings and crops are all made from recycled nylon, we reduce our demand on limited natural resources and reduce greenhouse gas emissions from manufacturing. Recycled nylon can be sourced from pre and post-consumer waste – even things like carpets can be made into new clothes.
All our products also hold a Globe recycled standard & a Scope certificate from the Control Union Certified.
