We want you to be happy with your Hatchett Active purchase.
Not quite the right fit?

You are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items received outside of this period may not be accepted. We would love to help you organise a store credit and chat via email with the Hatchett girls to find your perfect style and size. 

POLICY
We offer returns subject to the following:

Full Priced Items: Store credit or refund.

Final Sale Items: We do not offer returns / exchanges on any Sale Items

Coupon Codes: We do not offer refunds on any purchases made using a coupon code. Instead we offer store credit

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for postage costs incurred. 

Once your return has been approved by customer care to ensure it meets the terms above, we will respond with details on how to return your item to us. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (less shipping costs already incurred).

What if my refund is late or missing?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@hatchettactive.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please allow a full 7 working days from date item is returned for it to be processed. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
We deeply apologise if you have received a damaged or incorrect garment. Please contact us at hello@hatchettactive.com to notify us of the issue and we will assist you in resolving it as soon as possible.
